Imagine…

Imagine you were me.

Imagine I screamed at you, in your face.

Imagine you tried your best, but it was never enough.

Imagine all you hear, is how awful my life is.

Imagine that even though you are exhausted, I wanted more…

Imagine your Time, Attention, Love, Fun, Empathy, is never enough.

Imagine you loved going on holiday, but I would ruin it for you.

Imagine you tried to make Christmas magical, but I told you it was awful.

Imagine giving up everything, your career, your hopes, your dreams, is never enough.

Imagine that you keep asking for help, and you are told “there are no magic wands”

Imagine that no matter what, you won’t give up.

Imagine that tomorrow, you will have brushed yourself down, taken a breath and imagined ….

  1. I’m sorry it sounds like things have been really hard lately. Sending much care and hopes that things shift. I hope she comes to know your feelings and begin to develop compassion and empathy, as well as to heal from pain.
